An unfinished basement area with exposed structure and no functional flooring, layout, or finishing. The space required full framing, leveling, and preparation for a custom-built entertainment area.
After:
A fully completed custom home theater featuring a multi-level floor design, premium carpeting, and a layout optimized for comfort and viewing experience. Built to create a dedicated, comfortable, and high-quality entertainment space tailored to the homeowner’s needs.
GARAGE UPGRADE
North York
Before:
A severely deteriorated garage with failing wood siding, structural wear, and no proper foundation or modern functionality. The structure required lifting, new foundation work, and full exterior reconstruction.
After:
The existing roof was carefully lifted and temporarily supported while a new concrete slab, structural walls, windows, entry door, and modern garage door were installed. The original roof was then set back in place, allowing the structure to be fully restored and finished with durable vinyl siding and new electrical installation — extending the lifespan of the garage while working within the project budget.
